What Customers Say About Microsoft Intellimouse Optical Mouse:

i REALLY LIKED THE LAST ONE I HAD; THIS ONES BETTER. I REATE IT A 10.

I hated the scroll wheelon that mouse -- maybe it was a problem with theparticular one I bought. But I noticed that theIntellimouse comes higher quality packaging and includes a PS/2 adapter. I didn't install the software that camewith the mouse -- it worked fine after just plugging in.I'm not currently using the two extra buttons.I don't have any complaints but wish this mouse weigheda bit more. The buttons and scrollwheel are fine. It seems thatmany people are really picky about their mouse. I went crazy looking at Amazon mouse reviews. I'm not.I just wanted a comfortable mouse for use with my lefthand.I like the feel of this mouse (I'm a guy with medium tomedium-large hands). I've only been using it for aday so can't comment on reliability.I bought this mouse after buying and returning a Microsoft Comfort 1000 mouse.

I have mine configured so that the wheel button does a double-click, and the right-side button does show/hide desktop since I hide my taskbar in Windows. The IntelliMouse is simply the best mouse I've ever used. I bought my first IntelliMouse 5 years ago for my laptop and had to put it into service on my desktop when that Dell mouse scroll wheel broke after a year. Micro$oft got something right. one to replace the broken Dell mouse and one for work. Provided you use the driver shipped with it and not the Windows default drivers, you can customize all 5 buttons on the mouse.

It made such a difference on my desktop that I bought 2 brand new IntelliMice. What. In this case, yes. The other 3 buttons I use the defaults.Ergonomically, it fits my hand perfectly and is comfortable to use.

Kinda cool. This does. What can you say about a mouse. It either works or it doesn't. It's very responsive and pushing the left side is the same as hitting the back arrow.

This is a very good product works great. I would recommed it to any one.
